Anime Trivia Night in Utah: Otaku Nights at Under Wraps

Our dining room has a mural of anime characters sharing sushi at a long table. Sailor Moon is there. So are Luffy, Tanjiro, Saitama, and a dozen others. So it was only a matter of time before we started hosting anime trivia under it.

A few times a year we host Anime Trivia Night, and the last one sold out every seat. Teams, prizes, food and drinks flowing from the izakaya kitchen, and questions that start friendly and get progressively more unfair.

How it works

You come with a team or join one here. Between rounds, order off the menu: hand rolls, gyoza, curry karaage, the wagyu smashburger if trivia makes you hungry. The mocktail list is deep for the under-21 crowd and the designated drivers, and there is beer, sake, and cocktails for everyone else.

Questions cover the classics and the current season. If you know which film the roast chicken scene everyone argues about actually comes from, you will be fine.
