A few times a year, we clear the calendar, cap the seats, and let the kitchen off the leash. No menu to order from. You sit down, and Chef Skyler and the team cook for you, course after course, until you understand why omakase translates roughly to "I leave it up to you." Every month at Under Wraps, we pick a movie, build a multi-course menu around it, and serve each course while the film plays in the dining room. We call the series Feast Your Eyes, and the seats sell out almost every time. It started in April 2023 as a simple Chef Night, and every seat sold.
