Chef Skyler McCallson Named to Utah Valley's 40 Under 40
Utah Valley BusinessQ just named our founder, Chef Skyler McCallson, one of its 40 Under 40 for 2026, and we are still grinning about it. We call the series Feast Your Eyes, and the seats sell out almost every time. It started in April 2023 as a simple Chef Night, and every seat sold. The next one sold out twice in a single evening, so we kept going. Twenty-some themed dinners later, our biggest night packed 33 people in for Ponyo, and most themes now run two or three
